MA KHUSI KHU - I AM HAPPY

KIMFF (Kathmandu International Mountain Film Festival) often misunderstood as being a film festival about Mountain holds it's own place on Nepali Film festival History. It is one of the first kind. Coming into 9th edition it has managed to let many Nepali film makers (who want to start up with shorts ) get that exposer.

Coming from a small town. I would certainly feel KIMFF have seeded my desire to be a film maker. I still remeber days when small boy (I am still small tho) from small town used to roam from one theater to another at Kumari Hall with a ticket in hand. It was always an exicting experience. I always dreamed of being infront of that gaint screen and see magic that I made it possible to be unfolded.
I had an opporutinity. KIMFF's official selection MA KHUSI CHU was produced by Underground TALKIES, a group of four film students(luckly I was one of them). It was not only a thank you to Abhinash Bikram Shah as he has been wonderful in our journey but also in faith of his film making ablility and unique way of story telling.

Being one of the Producers I had an opportunity to watch MA KHUSI CHU, a movie which inspires you as a film maker. A movie which inspires you on every expect of film making. It is always proud movement to find such movie doing good on festival circit. And especially movie made by us.

Along side to see all cast and crew infront of that gaint screen making magic and witnessing Magic happening....
